1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement," "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," "you") and ji58 Casino ("ji58," "Platform," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at ji58.cam.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the ji58 platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in a Player's ji58 wallet, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Bonus Funds" means credits granted to a Player's account as part of a promotion, subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Device" means any hardware — including smartphones, tablets, laptops, and desktop computers — used to access the ji58 platform.
• "Games" means all gaming products available on the ji58 platform, including but not limited to slot games, live casino table games, sports betting markets, online sabong, and bingo.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process ji58 conducts to confirm a Player's identity and age before processing withdrawals above defined thresholds.

3 Eligibility & Age Requirement

4 Account Registration

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player may maintain only one registered account on the ji58 platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are detected, ji58 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held within them.

4.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid mobile number, and email address. You are responsible for keeping your account information current at all times. ji58 shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account details.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ji58 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. ji58 will never request your password through any channel outside the official Platform. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to be authorized by you, unless you have promptly notified ji58 of unauthorized access. ji58 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for all accounts.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

ji58 conducts KYC verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. You may be required to submit government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and payment method verification documents. Withdrawal requests above defined thresholds will not be processed until satisfactory KYC documentation has been submitted and verified. ji58 reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals pending completion of KYC.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

ji58 accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP) via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and InstaPay. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits must be made from payment accounts held in your own name — third-party deposits are prohibited. ji58 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification;
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available real-money Balance;
• Active Bonus Funds that have not met their Wagering Requirement are not withdrawable and will be removed from your Balance upon withdrawal request if wagering is incomplete;
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback credits, and promotional offers made available on the ji58 platform are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each promotion. Where these general Terms conflict with promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall govern for matters directly related to that promotion.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in promotion-specific terms, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game categories, and time limits for each bonus will be specified in the promotion terms. Wagers on games excluded from bonus wagering will not contribute toward meeting the Wagering Requirement.

6.3 Bonus Eligibility

Each promotional offer is available once per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Duplicate accounts created to claim bonuses multiple times constitute bonus abuse and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds. ji58 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus Funds that have not been used or whose Wagering Requirements have not been met within the stated time limit will expire and be removed from the Player's account balance automatically. Expired Bonus Funds are not recoverable.

7 Gameplay Rules

7.1 Game Availability and Fairness

All random number generator (RNG)-based games available on the ji58 platform are independently certified for fairness and statistical integrity. Certified Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are available within the game information panel. Live casino game outcomes are determined by real physical events (cards, dice, roulette wheels) and not by software algorithms.

7.2 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity disruption during a game session, ji58 reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager amount to the Player's balance. 7.3 Disconnection During Play

Where possible, the Platform will attempt to complete a game round that was interrupted mid-play; however, ji58 does not guarantee continuity of service in the event of network disruptions outside its control.

7.4 Currency

All wagers, wins, and balances on the ji58 platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). ji58 does not accept wagers in any foreign currency. No currency conversion fees are applied to transactions on the Platform; however, Players are responsible for any conversion fees applied by their payment provider prior to deposit.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ji58 platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account;
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, or fraudulent activity;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play;
• Exploiting software errors or glitches to gain an unfair advantage;
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim promotions or exploiting promotional terms in bad faith;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal or criminal activity;
• Conducting transactions on behalf of a third party;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or replicate any software component of the ji58 Platform;
• Using any device, method, or technique that interferes with the fair or normal operation of any ji58 game or service.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ji58 platform — including but not limited to the ji58 brand name, logo, visual design, software, graphics, text, audio, video, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of ji58 Casino or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any ownership rights in or to the ji58 brand or Platform content. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any ji58 intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

10 Privacy & Data

ji58 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By creating an account and using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ji58 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data during transmission and storage. Player account data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes. ji58 may share data with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required to fulfill legal obligations and operate the Platform.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ji58 Casino, its officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform;
• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized account access where ji58's security systems have not been breached through ji58's own negligence;

Nothing in this clause shall operate to limit or exclude ji58's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

12 Responsible Gaming

ji58 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all Filipino players. The Platform provides a suite of self-management tools accessible directly from Account Settings, including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, reality checks, and self-exclusion. Players are encouraged to make use of these tools to manage their gambling activity.

13 Suspension & Termination

13.1 Suspension by ji58

ji58 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Player account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it has reason to believe that:

• The Player has violated any provision of these Terms;
• The Player's account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• The Player has provided false information during registration or KYC;
• Continued account operation poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Players;
• A regulatory authority has directed ji58 to suspend the account.

13.2 Account Closure by Player

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting ji58 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met their Wagering Requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC obligations.

13.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months are classified as dormant. ji58 will notify the Player via their registered contact details before applying a dormancy fee of up to ₱200 per month to the account balance. Players may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and completing any required re-verification.

14 Amendments to These Terms

ji58 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be published at ji58.cam/terms-conditions, with the effective date updated accordingly.

For material changes to these Terms, ji58 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via email or on-Platform notification. Your continued use of the ji58 platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

15 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the ji58 platform that cannot be resolved informally through ji58 customer support shall be submitted to the competent courts or regulatory bodies having jurisdiction over the matter.

Before initiating any formal dispute process, Players are encouraged to contact ji58 Customer Support in the first instance. ji58 commits to acknowledging all formally submitted complaints within 48 hours and to providing a substantive response within 14 business days. The language of dispute proceedings shall be English.
